This was an Omani Government project undertaken through the KLD Training Institute to improve the general awareness of Omani youth. I also edited the scripts.

Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week Promotion - this was quite an emotional shoot due to the importance of the message being expressed. The final film is, in my opinion, an excellent call to action.

Supporting Role - 'Dr. Henry'
Still in production, this has been my second season in the Ramadan comedy series made by The Seventh Art of Production in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The series is in Arabic, although my part is in English with Arabic subtitles. Once again, I play the director of a hospital in the 1960s. Called هاشع ناشع ('Hashr, Nashr'), written by and starring Abdullah Zeid. This year it will be shown on Sama Dubai instead of Al Emarat.

Completed in late 2020, Ahmed Zain's comedy movie 'Uncle Nagy 2' ('العم ناجي 2') saw me as a wealthy buyer, negotiating the purchase of a dagger. Great fun for a day!
Live Performances
Santa Claus / Father Christmas
I spent 11 days as the Times Square Center in-house Santa, wowing the crowds, and then on Christmas Day, I entertained the guests at the Dubai Polo and Equestrian Club. Exhausting, rewarding and hard work in equal measure all round. By the 26th December, I had completely lost my voice from too many 'Ho, Ho, Ho's!! In 2021 the beard will start growing in August . . .

#IsolationTheSeries - Ensemble Role
A fantastic project by British actor, Steve Leeds, this brought together more than 60 actors from all around the world during the Covid-19 lockdown who were sent scripts and their self-recorded home performances were then edited together. There was no contact between the actors ahead of time . . .
I'm in Episodes 3, 7 & 8, the season finale, along with some extremely talented colleagues. I played a grandfather. The season finale had more than 145,000 views. Work is underway to prepare a second season.
This earned me my first entry in IMDb.

I played both a doctor and a father whose daughter is getting married. This was an fun shoot in Abu Dhabi, not long before the Covid-19 shutdown. I had a great time. It was both film and still photography.

Al Emarat TV's Ramadan comedy series made by The Seventh Art of Production in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. The series is in Arabic, although my part is in English with Arabic subtitles. I play the first director of a hospital here in the UAE prior to the formation of the Union. Set in the 1960s, this is called هاشع ناشع ('Hashr, Nashr'), written by and starring Abdullah Zeid.

MBC 1's controversial Ramadan series made by Jernas Productions in the UAE and Kuwait. A historical drama in Arabic called أم هارون ('Umm Haroun'). It is the story of a Jewish community in the Gulf in the 1940s. I played the British Consul.

British Writer in Manhattan
This was my first speaking part in a movie. I played a British writer attending a party in Manhattan, transfixed by the beauty of the leading actress. This movie is slated to be released at the Cannes Film Festival in the Summer of 2020. More details (including the name of the movie) in due course.
